We know that it can be very difficult to make decisions. This is often the first time that you have been able to make so many choices about the courses you will take in the future.
It is important to think about the courses that will help you reach your future career ambitions and to think about the learning style that best suits you:
» do you do well in exams and tests or are you better with day to day classwork?
» which subjects will you be interested in and want to work hard at?
» are you good at doing lots of reading and writing or do you prefer more practical work? Are you good at lots of things?
The best thing you can do is make sure you research your choices really carefully, read all the information we are providing and:
» talk to older friends, brothers and sisters about the choices they made
» talk to your teachers and your tutor
» talk to the Connexions PA
» research careers information.
The more information sources you use, the more likely you are to make choices that you are happy with. We will also interview you and give you advice to try and help you.
We have a wide variety of courses available to you, some you may have never heard of or thought about. Our aim is to help you to follow courses that are going to help you to achieve your best.
