At Longslade we are extremely proud to be one of less than three state schools in the East Midlands to have fencing as an activity.

Christopher Beadling, an ex-teacher and highly qualified and well respected coach in the area has come back to Longslade to continue a fencing group. It proved successful in the past and has a new group of students who are about to take their Grade 1 Foil exam.
